The Merkaba
Hello to everyone, especially all the Soul Family who attended Todd Routt’s workshop at The London Water Tower at the weekend. We all experienced much magic, shifts in perception & joy at sharing our experiences. The concept of the Merkaba was introduced at the weekend to give you a small understanding of our light vehicle, the “invisible” energy body which can propel us beyond the veil of the 3-D. We had a taste of the potential to access this light body through a short meditation & I thought I would mention it today as it is key to the foundation of knowledge of inter-dimensional travel.
Just imagine your own personal vehicle which can travel to infinity & back, no refueling, no parking, no insurance costs! AND its totally environmentally friendly!
Throne of God
Not only is it our personal transport into other dimensions it is, allegedly the vehicle with which Ascended Masters & Higher Dimensional beings are able to travel to meet with us through time-space & is known as the Throne of God or The Ascension Vehicle. Once, when I was “beamed-up” I met with a crowd of other human-beings, some friends, some acquaintances & I was shown by the Higher Dimensional Beings that this was possible through a Collective Merkaba transporting us neatly as we all had intended this to be at a higher level of our being. We have forgotten this mode of travel & it is time to be remembered & utilized as this Ascension process picks up speed.
Here is an example of the female Merkaba. The point of the bottom 3-D pyramid being at the front. The bottom pyramid of the Male Merkaba would find the two points at either side. Visualizing this whilst meditating & introducing counter spinning with the top pyramid spinning clockwise will help to activate your light vehicle.
The Light-Body
Mer means Light, Ka means Spirit & Ba means body, hence you have a body of light which can transcend space/time. Everybody has a Merkaba, although they may not be activated. You can activate your Merkaba with simple techniques including breath, sound, mantra & intention. Once you have travelled in your light vehicle & connected with Source or a Higher Dimensional Beings, you are changed for ever. Your awareness becomes heightened, your heart becomes lighter, you’re more attuned to your higher self & your life can become much easier as you enter a new flow. You KNOW that you are so much more than your 3-D self, you KNOW you are, in fact Multidimensional. This is met with revelation.
Knowing
As one that KNOWS she is a multi-dimensional being I take life with a pinch of salt for as the veils become thinner & access to other realms take shape & I know not to get too caught up with this dimension. This realm is only a tiny piece of the puzzle. The Merkaba is like a corner-piece of the puzzle which will lead you to experience the bigger & most breathtaking picture. The Oneness of the Multi-verses!

I was curious about merkabas, and found this site, and followed the link to the meditation on the greatdreams site. I read through most of it, and tried to remember as best I could, and then sat to meditate, immediately having a strong peace and balance experience. I went through the breaths and visualizations as best I could, and when I got to the stage of the spinning merkabas, I decided to lay down to relax better. I was spinning it all clockwise, puzzling over how to spin half the merkaba in reverse, and then just made the intention to spin the lower half in reverse, without a clear visual on it. Immediately I felt a reverse spin and my whole body went into a strong vibration, so strong it stunned me. I stayed with the vibration a bit longer and boom! I went out of my body, first to the ceiling, then to the floor, and then I was traveling very very fast. I ended up in this room, near the ceiling after passing through alot of houses (through the walls, very high speed) and then I thought, I will have to travel far to get back to my body, and as soon as I had the thought of getting back, I realized I was in the bed again, and opened my eyes…. I had been told, DON’T think about your body because you will fall back into it, but it is all so new, hard to have the mental discipline. But my most clear astral travel yet. I went back this morning to try again, and couldn’t get to it… Trying too hard. Also felt very rested, but like my body was making some internal shifts as a result of all of this. Very interesting! I have never been big on this geometric stuff, but I am definitely going to explore this more!!!
Wow, great experience, thanks for the feedback. Its so interesting that all we have to do is set intention & surrender to begin to understand that we are more than our physical bodies. Sounds like you are on the run-way to some more experiences & that was a taster to get you started. Check out a friend, Todds website Journeyoftruth.com. I often have the situation where I wish to experience something again & discover it only happens when the time is right which can mean being patient. Happy to hear that you experienced something so amazing & yes, take it easy as your energy bodies adjust. Boji stones are good grounding tools.
