Magical Moment

Whatever you are doing right now, remember a magical moment in your life. They come by now & again & melt your brain they are so magical. By connecting with a magical moment you will anchor that energy in the now & you can affirm that you are ready for another magical moment very soon. Magical moments are always just around the corner, & you never know when they are going to happen.
A magical moment is my life was when the electrics in the car suddenly stopped working, I was with a friend. We pulled over & waited, it was 555 on the speedometer. The crescent moon hung in the sky & venus sparkled nearby. Suddenly a shooting star fell between the two in perfect timing making our hearts leap. Then we discovered the lights had started working, but only on full beam or nothing. So turning into a tiny side lane & carefully went forth in second gear with the lights beaming out.
Moments later a pure albino badger stepped out in front of the car as if we were not there. It ambled along for 20 minutes as we marvelled at its rarity. A stripeless badger!! It felt very magical.
Have you got a magical moment you wish to share?

This is just the most gorgeous site. I got goosebumps reading your badger story. How wonderful if we can have this sense of something wonderful going to happen when we come across adversity. I hope i can remember this post next time my car breaks down. Thank you. Belinda
I had a magical moment a few weeks ago when in my favourite place. I had cycled up the river and was watching the sun setting over a beautiful lake I like to visit. I had been sitting there a few moments when a man walked by. Usually i see nobody around and this was time of the world cup final so I assumed all men would be safely ensconced in front of tv screens, oblivious to the world of nature. as the man passed close to me, as i realised how vulnerable i was in this relatively isolated spot, alone.
Earlier on a woman on a boat had kindly filled my water bottle and had remarked on “how brave ” i was to be cycling around all alone. I had been taken aback by her comment and it had unsettled me somewhat.
As i sat there alone but for the stranger walking by, I struggled with my feelings but managed to resist the urge to surrender totally to the fear, thinking “if i don’t have the freedom to enjoy this beautiful place when I want then I have nothing?”
I followed this thought with another “who’s to say this passing stranger is an axe murder or a rapist….? Just as likely is the possibility he is my soulmate…..a man who loves to be next to lakes and rivers..like me ” I smiled to myself at this turnaround of thought, and settled into a feeling of love and acceptance to what is. I turned my head upwards to gaze at the beautiful sky above me , and when i lowered my gaze a few mnoments later, a big beautiful shining heart had appeared where the light was illuminating a patch of cloud right in front of me. I gasped with a mix of awe and pleasure, and within seconds it started to dissipate and change from a heart to a butterfly then to an angel ..and then it was gone.
The message seemed to be clear:
Never surrender to fear
Keep the heart open
This is the way
That is a beautiful story & a great teaching story. All we need to do is stay in our centre, align our thoughts, & TRUST. I love it. We always have a choice on how to interpret our world, you chose the beauty way. The angels were with you. When we get messages from on high like that we know we are connected! Thanks for sharing, Peta
