KUAN YIN

Brighton beach

This is Brighton Beach today, we have ice-ice baby!

                                                                                                  Kuan Yin

I was just-a-wonderin’ what to write about tonight & being in a place of receiving divine inspiration when a friend called me out the blue to say he saw a huge “K” in the clouds yesterday, glowing orange in the sunset. He said it was very definate & felt like a sign… if only there had been a huge O next to it! But there wasn’t. Anyway, as he told me this, Kuan Yin popped into my mind. She is the embodiment of compassion in the eastern tradition, & her name literally means, “she who hears the cries of the world”. She is as sweet as she is merciful. Kuan Yin is very like our Mother Mary energy in the west & powerful to meditate with. Here she is filled with Divine Light. (If you ask her very nicely she might give you a foot massage! She came to me once & only did one foot, I had to call someone to come & do the other one!..such is life)

The Web

Last night my vision was of a beautiful web, the web dissolved down the centre & a beautiful woman appeared behind it. Maybe it was Kuan Yin. With solstice tomorrow & time for deep inner purging & seeking the light within, stillness is required. You might find that your best laid plans to do this or that have been scuppered.  For example I got a call I got today from a friend who had landed on her bum in the ice putting her out of action, she is now is all tucked up with a hot water bottle, she got the message, she knew that it was the “Cosmic Force” saying, ” STOP!”333

With Britains roads like a giant ice-skating rink most peoples plans have been halted, including mine. A friend says he is going stir-crazy, but then we are not used to stopping. A lot of people have a tape running, saying, “If I stop, I will die”. However, solstice is a time to “die”. A mini death & a mini rebirth. Stillness is exactly what is required.

If we are to see beyond the veils to our inner true light in this dark time we must be still & give ourselves permission to go within.  This morning I was reading Stuart Wildes book, “Affirmations”, he says that,

“Life was never meant to be a struggle; just a gentle progression from one point to another, much like walking through a valley on a sunny day”.

Hold this thought! Go within & feel what resistance you have to this idea. If you find any, that’s your attachment to the struggle you believe you have to have in order to survive. This is a great time to call in the Goddess, Kuan Yin, see her walking by your side, feel her compassionate love, release any fears that you have about your survival & open yourself to receive more abundance in your life. Whatever you thought you had to do.. “let it go & let God” as they say, & everything will fall neatly into place. That might require a huge letting go, but you can do it…we can do it!

Heres a little taste of Kuan Yin – Eastern X factor style to get you in the mood…

me in the snow.. just imagine all those flakes are completely unique!!! magic

Tonight I have surrendered to what is, rather than what I felt had to be… with 3 years to go till 2012 this is the ONLY way to go… Enjoy the Solstice everyone, go deep, find the nectar, & receive, receive, receive… buy yourself some flowers, eat chocolates & indulge in the NOW… let me know if you have any interesting visions around this time…

The prayer of Mary follows … interesting how she mentions her soul being impregnated is it possible that this is the true meaning of the virgin mother .. when ones soul is impregnated with the most holy we are in our innocence. To enter into the kingdom of heaven we must be as a child after all …

    blessed be…

Within the Most High, my soul blossoms, Leaps for joy at the sight of the ascendant path. What is on high came to meet what is below, And the Most High has impregnated my soul through his radiant look. Out of all the generations, mine is blissful, For the Almighty did great things for me; He impregnated my soul. Holy is his name, through the centuries runs his blessing For those who, because of love, remain faithful to Him. Sublime and untouched is the Most High, Almighty is the power of his arm; He scatters the proud, destroys those who only think of themselves, Turns down the throne of those who only believe in their own power, And lifts the humble, the simple, the pure and loving hearts up to his Kingdom. He showers with his gifts those who remain silent before him. The Most High never gives up his children who serve him with wisdom and love. Amen.
