Life is not always a bowl of cherries. Just when you think you’ve got it taped, a curve ball can come, and at this time of discerning the wheat from the chaff, it’s important to have a lot of tools at your fingertips to call on in times of need.
A friend has been going through some challenges recently, and as I tuned in I was given the letters, E F T to pass onto her. For those of you not aware of this, it relates to The Emotional Freedom Technique. It a simple effective way to help process and intergrate emotions, bringing freedom, and ultimately peace where there is discord within.

I shall cut to the chase and just paste this short video. If you feel the need to research the technique the woman demonstrating it gives you some pointers.

Now-a-days all we have to do is have a conscious core intention, put it out to the universe and let God/Angels/Higher Self do the rest. You become as a beacon of pulsating light, and will attract situations with which your core intention can play out. Over the past few months, I have been tucked away, working on a book. I couldn’t have got more far removed from society. First on the hills of the Marlborough Downs in Wiltshire, then Shropshire, where my partner and I felt totally removed from the real world, followed by the wilds of Cornwall. I wasn’t on line, or writing my blog. Despite this, magic happened!

The law of attraction played its hand beautifully.

Channel 4 & Saints

I received a call from a friend, Michael Burdett. He asked if I would like to go to a launch of his photography exhibition, called, The Strange Face Project. The project was put together when Michael decided to photograph celebrities and members of the public listening to a very rare piece of music by the posthumously legendary Nick Drake. The piece of music fell into his hands 30 years ago. He doesn’t have the licence to broadcast the track, but when he saw how emotionally moved a colleague of his was on listening to the track, Michael was inspired to undertake the mission of travelling Great Britain with the aim of capturing the moment on camera when this piece of music was listened to. I happened to be one of the lucky 167 people chosen to share one of those moments with Michael 2 years ago on Brighton beach, and my photo was to be part of the launch of the exhibition.

Angels can move mountains

Due to being tucked away in Cornwall on a remote beach with unshaven legs writing a book, I declined the offer to go to London for the exhibition. For my partner and I that would have cost a little more than I wished to pay out, and once you’re in Cornwall, getting out is easier said than done. There is a certain vortex which keeps you bound in the magic. However the very next day out fo the blue, Channel 4 called to say they had read my blog and would I appear on 4thought tv, talking about saints. They suggested I come up 3 days later on an all expences paid trip for my partner and I on the very day of the exhibition launch! What are the chances of that? I have never had a call from Channel 4 before.

A wonderful friend, Yeva, once said to me, “Always say YES to Spirit”.

How could I say no, when it appeared heaven and earth were being moved for me to get my butt up to London to celebreate with Michael and do my work. I realised that my deepest desire is to uplift others, and what better way to do that than appear on TV at prime viewing time, ( just after the Channel 4 news) and give my best shot at ‘talking my walk’. As I packed up my things in the cottage to head off to London I walked into another media moment, even more random and surprising than the first.

Talland Bay

With the wind blowing the surf up, I was loading up my car, when Clare Balding went by recording a radio programme called, ‘Ramblings’. In the instant I bumped into her I realised I had walked into a ‘happening’ and decided to give the Angels a plug. Wearing a pink leather coat on a pink beach was perfect radio for the show, and without editing me at all, they included my mention of the Michael and Mary ley-line, and my seeing a Angel of flaming light in the nearby town of Looe. It was aired yesterday at 3pm. It will be aired again tommorow at 6.07 for those early listeners, or can be found on I-player. The random events around getting up to the Nick Drake exhibition were getting stranger by the minute.

We all send out a pulse…

The clearer that pulse is, the clearer the Universal Mind can read this pulse and deliver to our door the very thing we put out for. The angels say this is Call and Response. I encourage you to make your call clear. If the call is for the Greater Good the response will be delivered speedily as Universal Law loves those who work for the benefit of others. Be patient with results, and Expect the Unexpected, as life delivers things in Divine Time and in its own sweet way, usually with a dose of humour. Flexibilty is key.

Trust that the Universe has heard your call, and say Yes when an opportunity arises.

Here is the moment I had with Nick Drake

There is the most exciting opportunity eminating out of the U.S which passed by me like a fish swims by a Heron. Like the Heron, I was at a standstill, watching to see what offering might swish into my orbit. I was head-down in the wilds of Cornwall, UK in the middle of nowhere in a little cottage on the beach. Great manifestation I thought. I was working with a CD by Kelly Howell, ‘Retrieve your Destiny’, as I wrote. The CD is all about bringing towards you abundance and works at a subliminal level to release any blocks.

I could not have imagined how fast the abundance would come.

Within a week a nutritionist friend called to say that she knew I had a vision to assist humanity through my creative ventures, and would I like to look at a ‘cash generating vehicle’ that would benefit myself as well as others. After initial skeptisism, I discovered good friends had joined this movement, friends that I love and trust. I did some research and was happy with the company, Green Organics International. I leapt aboard what I now fondly call “The Love Train”. My life has not been the same since.

I feel that Spirit, the Angels

……and my guides are delighted that I had paid attention and said YES to this opportunity, as well being willing to spread the word. The energy surrounding the company feels as powerful as a meteorite crashing through our atmosphere. Just over two weeks ago, I met Alison Mason (Colonic Therapist extraordinaire) for coffee one sunny January day. I casually mentioned Green Organics as we caught up with some juicy stories about antics in both our lives over the past year. Coffee time ran into lunch-time, ran into tea-time. Stories of naked romping in bluebell groves were intersperced with looking at the organic products that are on offer at the company I had just joined. “Jupiter” I said. “Perfect for prosperity!” The restaurants behind us lit the whole area and you couldn’t see any stars. However, despite this as we turned to look at the Moon our hearts leapt.  The most sparkling golden tail graced the sky quietly gliding as if in slow motion. It arked between the Moon and Venus. It was a meteorite. As if God had waved a magic wand, endorsing our newly hatched plan the deal was done, and Alison became my first business partner.

In just the space of two weeks both our lives have changed with Green Organics. Firstly we are on the way to financial freedom whilst helping others (always our motto), and secondly, we are on the way to fully honoring our moveable temples (bodies!).

We are alkalising with the GO Cell Vitality, narrowing down naturally with the GO Slim, (which stops all food cravings) and we are about to try some of the other products on offer. We are having fun learning technology, being there to help others help themselves and as a by product the money is rolling in. I feel that having Alison on board has endorsed the products. As far as 2012 goes and the shift of consciousness…..

I feel Green Organics is the open door through which the abundance can flow. That’s not just with money, but through being part of a movement, one that benefits the whole, has a charitable wing AND with a strong support structure. In two weeks I have seen how this vehicle challenges and heals the parts of us which hold fear around certain issues such as self esteem, being seen, nurture of the self and healing the heart.

Healing Visualization for 11-11-11

I AM sitting comfortably in my chair with my spine as straight as possible and my arms and legs uncrossed. This allows me to be an open conduit for the emerald green Flame of Healing Through the Infinite Power of Transmutation with its violet radiance.

I breathe in and out deeply, and I completely relax. My I AM Presence takes command, and any tension, doubt or fear I may have just drops away.

This is a very special time just for me, and anything that I need to take care of will be waiting for me when I AM through, so for the time being, I just let it go.

During this activity of Light, I AM drawing the Flame of Healing Through the Infinite Power of Transmutation from the very Heart of my Father-Mother God. This gift from God flows into every atomic and subatomic particle and wave of my four Earthly bodies, the Earthly bodies of every man, woman, and child on Earth, and the physical, etheric, mental, and emotional strata within the bodies of Mother Earth. As I invoke this Healing Activity of Light for myself it is simultaneously taking place through all Humanity and Mother Earth in perfect alignment with each person’s highest good and the Divine Plan, for we are One. There is no separation. As this Healing Light enters the core of purity in every electron, it heals, restores, and rejuvenates our bodies and transforms them into a state of vibrant health, eternal youth, and God’s Infinite Perfection.

2.  Next the Healing Flame flows into my eyes—removing every trace of disease or imbalance of any kind. The Healing Flame restores my eyes to perfect sight, allowing me to see and recognize perfection in all Life.

3.  The Healing Flame now flows into my ears—removing every trace of disease or imbalance of any kind. The Healing Flame restores my ears to perfect hearing, allowing me to hear the inner voice of my I AM Presence and the music of the spheres.

4.  The Healing Flame now flows into my nostrils, sinuses, respiratory system, lungs, larynx, vocal chords, trachea, bronchial tubes, and every function of my voice and breathing apparatus—removing any trace of disease or imbalance of any kind. The Healing Flame enhances my breathing and enables me to absorb the maximum prana on the Holy Breath. I now experience the fragrance and breath of the Holy Spirit, and I AM empowered to speak with “the tongues of Angels.”

5.  Next the Healing Flame flows into my mouth, teeth, gums, tongue, esophagus, stomach, liver, gallbladder, small intestines, ileocecal valve, large intestines, appendix, colon, kidneys, bladder and every aspect of my digestive and elimination systems— removing every trace of disease or imbalance of any kind. The Healing Flame restores all of these aspects of my digestive system, allowing me to purify my body and to assimilate my food and drink perfectly.

6.  Next the Healing Flame flows into my spiritual brain centers: my pituitary, pineal, hypothalamus glands and the ganglionic centers at the base of my brain. It flows into the remainder of my endocrine system, my thyroid, thymus, pancreas, spleen, adrenal glands, gonads, and all other glands associated with this ductless system—removing every trace of disease or imbalance of any kind. 9.  Next the Healing Flame flows into my skeletal and my muscular systems: my bones, muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, fat cells and connective tissue—removing every trace of disease or imbalance of any kind. The Healing Flame restores every aspect of these systems, flooding me with strength and eternal youth.

10.  The Healing Flame now flows through my skin, hair, nails, and every other aspect of my physical, etheric, mental, and emotional bodies removing every trace of disease or imbalance of any kind. The Healing Flame restores my bodies transfiguring me into the Immaculate Concept of my Solar Light Bodies of Vibrant Health, Eternal Youth, and Infinite Perfection,

11.  Now, with this emerald green and violet Healing Flame pulsating in, through, and around every electron of Humanity’s Earthly bodies and the bodies of Mother Earth, I ask the Legions of Light associated with this Sacred Fire to maintain and sustain this Activity of Healing Light in through and around every atomic and subatomic particle and wave of Life on Earth until we are ALL wholly Ascended and FREE.   And so it is, Beloved I AM.

I hope this prepares you for this charged date. Of course, simply being & finding peace in your heart over this time at a beautiful location in nature is also a very good idea. If you are in an office at work, a moment of heart centered silence will suffice. Enjoy the run up. Its all about one-ness

The circle had a road built through it & many of the stones were dug up to build the houses, however the stones & land hold a mighty power. I have been staying there for a week & received a lot of inspiration, & purification. The circle built around 2600 BC emanates a potent healing energy & with the nearby pyramid of Silbury hill adding to the mystical surroundings & many earthworks like Kennet Long Barrow, there is much to explore. Its only half an hour from Stone-Henge, so don’t miss this deeply magical place if you thinking of coming to the UK. I can recommend you stay with Antoinette at Aveburylife B&B in Avebury Trusloe. She is a mine of information about the surrounding area & will guide you.

I am here, in the HUB waiting to see if funds come through to make a documentary this year about the crop circles that arrive each summer. While I wait I am loving being steeped in this rich land, meeting the local people, the visitors from overseas & being on a cosmic earth acupuncture point.

Back to Basics

Someone wrote to me recently wondering where to start when it comes to meditating. I thought I would make a post of the answer.

I was not the meditating type until I was forced to be still after some operations. Meditation then became part of my recovery. I discovered that by being still & using a variety of techniques I found myself being activated from other dimensions, receiving wisdom from my higher self, & knowing who I AM at the highest level of my being.

Like a pilot light, our inner divine sparks sits in our heart centers. Its only when we turn inwards does it become ablaze, just like turning the gas on. At first this can be a difficult discipline but each time we find time to meditate, like turning a rusty wheel after it hasn’t been used for a while, the journey gets smoother.

If you have never meditated,  guided meditations which you can download are wonderful. You can simply tune out to the external world and tune in to the internal worlds with the help from some of the finest sound healers or chanellers.

Here are some of my favourites;

Kelly Howell, Binnie Dansby, Master Charles, Tom Kenyon, Constance Denby, Doreen Virtue, Jonathon Goldman, Judith Kravitz, Michelle Roberton-Jones( for angels), The Monroe Institute, Chris Sell & Rabbi Cooper, Louise Hay(great for affirmation work).

Each person offers a different type of meditation. Binnie Dansby & Judith Kravitz both use breath-work to shift blocks, get centered & get to the heart of the matter. I find breath-work gentle & powerful. Chris Sell & Constance Denby are among my favourites offering star-being meditations. Constance is renowned for her music of the spheres. Kelly Howell & the Monroe Institutue both use Hemi-Synch to balance brain wave frequencies.

Nine dimensional Pleiadian Meditation

Today I worked with a nine dimensional meditation by Sandra Moondancer, with wisdom from the Pleiadies. It was incredible, it took me three attempts before I received full-power connection to an off-planet being of light who carried the Christ-heart ray of healing. I received a foot & leg massage! Then a further activation & alignment.

I’ve been on cloud nine ever since, now I know why its a 9 dimensional healing!

Using your breath

A tip I have been given by the Angels is to lie down, with hands folded over each other across the chest, the two thumbs coming up to meet to create a triangle. You can then focus your breath into this triangle over your heart. This stimulates your heart center, helping you to access wisdom from beyond time & space & discovering the joys that lie behind the veil of the ego. If your meditation is one where you feel the need to center yourself & come back into your power center, fold your hands over each other with the bottom of your hands (your little fingers) on top of your belly button. Again with your thumbs touching in a triangle forming a ‘window’, breathe into this. This is your vibral core. Great to breathe into your core when waiting for a dental appointment or even in the dentist chair, or just feeling discombobulated.

I AM… or meditating to connect with source

If downloads don’t float your boat you can simply work with the “I AM”. This is the Universal mind, Christ consciousness, or your God-self. Its all the same. I still myself, drop my awareness into my heart, focus on my breathing & repeat, ‘I AM THE PEACE OF GOD’ or ‘I AM THE LOVE OF GOD’. This tethers the monkey mind & affirms your intention to connect to source within. Don’t worry if your mind wanders, its all part of the course. Keep bringing your mind back to your mantra. I have experienced what is called in the bible,”The peace which passeth all understanding”. It does take time though, be patient.

Other mantras can be useful, such as OM MANI PADME HUM. This is a Buddhist mantra meaning ‘The Jewel in the Lotus’. The jewel being your divine spark.

It can be very calming & centering to use this. Good to repeat as you go to sleep.

VISUALISATION

If words & sound are too distracting for you, using an image can be perfect. Use a simple image like a candle. When your mind wanders simply bring it back to your candle flame. Doing this each day for 5-10 minutes is good practice for more elaborate meditations down the line. Sometimes simple is best.

I was advised once that the imagination is the key to meditation. I keep myself entertained taking my mind through visually constructed doorways, down through subterranean openings, up mountains, down paths & opening boxes, or finding messages at alters of incredible temples I conjure up. These journeys help your unconscious to reveal what is being hidden from your conscious mind.

Sometimes on one of these journeys I find myself vibrating into my light body & off I go traversing the realms.  Your imagination can be the magic key to accessing beings from other worlds, wisdom held for you like a time capsule or simply a healing which far exceeds anything that you might find with a therapist.

ENJOY IT!

Meditation is something to savour, to enjoy, to look forward to. If it feel like a chore, don’t do it. However, also do not give up. Sometimes it can be frustrating meditating, & that’s OK too. Just be with the frustration without judging it. See if you can be unconditional with whatever comes up for you. When a breakthrough comes after a few attempts, or even weeks, you discover that all that work was worth it a million times over.

During these testing times when choices of where to put our attention is brought into sharp focus its important to remain ‘in the light’. So here is a little story…

I have been combing through 10 years of diaries of contact from beyond the veils & reminding myself of the support from the invisible helpers.  I thought I’d give you an example of one of my miracle healings which I feel was orchestrated by my angelic guardians. It also illustrates that a solution is never far away, however random.

Following my heart

I had been invited to Spain by a friend in 2004. Just before going, my back gave out. I was in AGONY with sciatica & no treatment was helping. Being determined & despite friends thinking I was mad to go I shuffled my way onto the train to Gatwick, having to rely on passers-by to lift my case. I made it to Spain & got a train into the mountains to be picked up by a 4×4 which was like a ride from hell. I felt every bump.

Left out…sniff sniff!!

Despite having been promised a room of my own, I was on the floor in the hallway in an apartment. I was taking an Australian bush flower remedy at the time for feeling ‘left out’ so the universe pushed me to the edge. I was really experiencing that ‘why me’ feeling as I lay marooned on the dusty floor in agony. My friend, who I discovered was in the middle of a pretty bad breakdown just to add to the holiday vibe said I could visit a woman an hour away who was ‘good at backs’. Back into the 4×4 & off I went hoping for a good massage, some heat pads or manipulation.

At the dentist ?

I was intrigued to arrive at a dentist surgery & hobbled on in. I was ushered into a room with a clinical looking woman & managed to get onto the therapy table with a few moans & groans.

“And Relax!” I thought.

She poked & prodded & explained my back was fine, & that it was not the problem. The problem was a scar, she intuited, which I must have, somewhere on the right side of my body.

SPOT ON! Although she had only seen my back, she was absolutely right. She explained matter-of-factly that she would inject into the scar about 60 times & just one session would be enough to make me totally better. As she explained this she proffered the injection under the massage table so I could see it through the face-hole in the hope that I understood what she meant.

“My translation must be out,” I thought. I was trying to catch up with the situation.

And for the gory bit…

Turning over gingerly onto my back a huge diaphanous blue light suddenly filled the room. It flashed around the therapist, for me, a sign from the angels that all is well. I ventured to ask her if she had a guide, which seemed incongruous in a dentist surgery & she said that she did. That he was Chinese & was with us helping with the diagnosis. I revealed the scar, which is 9 inches long. It was on the right hand side of my body. Interpreting the blue light as a sign to proceed, I said she could go ahead with the treatment. It was pretty nerve racking as she began injecting. The soft scar tissue instantly bubbled up like a burn & bled a little. She said not to be alarmed, which of course, lying on my own in a dentist surgery with limited spanish being repeatedly injected into was welcome advice.

Well & truly cooked…

She continued down the length of the scar, and after about 20 minutes finally folded towels over me. She laid a strange strand of plastic shapes with Chinese symbols down the length of my body & left me there to ‘cook’ for 15 minutes. I lay there surrounded by pristine white walls & dentist drills. Surreal!

She eventually returned, mopped up the spots of blood, unwrapped me announcing that the treatment was finished. I moved, got to my feet & to my astonishment I was totally better. Not one tiny little bit of pain. I couldn’t believe it. Asking her what she had done, she said it was called Neural Therapy. She said the scar had cut my electro-magnetic system & weakened the right side of my body causing my back pain. She explained the broken electro-magnetic field was now flowing again. I left in disbelief, with the passion to discover what this therapy was.

Signs from above…

I had a miracle healing that day. I went to ground myself with a meal in a local restaurant. Inexplicably, the waiter allowed me to have the meal for free. To end the day, I took a train down the valley back to my friend’s house & the valley was garlanded with a vast rainbow. I read it as a sign of completion on some level. You gotta have the rain to make a rainbow!

I would definitely call this a learning experience!! A cosmic setup. My friend eventually made it through her crisis, giving birth to a beautiful boy & I’m grateful to her for this strange but true story!

On a final note

Since that time I have discovered that a Dr Klinghart, http://www.klinghardtacademy.com/ whom I have yet to meet, teaches Neural Therapy in the UK & Canada. I look forward to meeting him soon. I also discovered that what was being injected into my scar was procaine, a dentistry anaesthetic. The mystery deepens. It taught me that nothing is as it seems. It could be that many people are being affected by old scars and a weakened electro-magnetic field. Treatment with Neural Therapy probably could save a lot of time and effort with other therapies.

As we have experienced over the past 3 months there has been a quickening of Earth changes & we are being challenged to remain IN TRUST, in OUR HEARTS & KNOW that we have the power combined with our love & wisdom to effect change for the greater good.

UPPING THE ANTI…
I havn’t been posting for a few months due to the rapid changes I have been going through personally. I have moved, cleansed all my finances, given most of my “stuff” away & and have been told by my guides I am going through TOTAL TRANSFORMATION. Despite the intense changes on the external I have been receiving light & joy-filled healing on the inner planes to help my Ascension. Its been, just as with the earth changes, very rapid. How I have balanced this is with stillness; Bliss.

I am fortunate to be in the most beautiful part of the world, on the Mary ley-line in Cornwall UK. Mother Mary, Isis & Buddha amongst others have been part of the inner fabric of my being imbuing me with powerful love & healing. Their very presence “tops” me up with divine light. I have had to clear yet more trauma & fear based memories at a cellular level which may manifest itself in dreams, visions or simply physically. However, although the workload is high nothing is impossible with the violet flame, intention & courage.

The 9th Wave

We have to face our fears & move through, we have little choice. I had swine flu & a sinus infection for a month, which tested my faith to the limit as ALL my plans were laid down, & yet, as always I had friends & animal friends looking after me. While the pain gripped me, a friends cat, Chilly curled up on my heart centre for days right up to my face, nose to nose, purring away!

I feel with this great shift undergoing a gear change the need to remain calm & promote peace, breathing into the heart when possible. This, & a healthy dose of humour is seeing me through as we transcend our greatest challenges. On March 9th began the 9th wave into the last & most accelerated part of the Mayan Calendar. The events in Japan however devastating will help to support the vibration of unity as many wake up in its wake.
