Day 8 of Detox

March 26th, 2010

Ah the magic of being present with the knowledge that I had to break the fast today! & what bliss, the OJ this AM tasted like manna from heaven. So I made 7 days without eating & my Goddess what an achievement as I watched friends tuck into hot buttered scones, jam & cream & other goodies. My willpower was pushed to the max! I admit that I watched 3 cookery programmes almost licking the TV & read recipe books that had been gathering dust on the shelf! It wasnt easy for a foodie like me, but I did it.

The Cosmic Colonic

I had a colonic by a woman more like a priestess than a therapist. As I entered her chamber, she lit candles & incence, smudged the place with sage, put on Tom Kenyon singing the 23rd psalm & I was ready to go. Alison really sees who you are & channels relevant information which helps you to understand the bigger picture of your process. I released years of old energy that had been stored in my colon & it felt great. What a purging. A colonic done well is a very powerful letting go process & you will often find that your life magically shift in front of your eyes.  So if you feel like having one I recommend Alison Mason at the Andrew Cane Centre in Brighton, a five minute walk from PrestonPark train station which is on the Brighton-Victoria line. The number there is 01273 555111.

all seeing eyeAll Seeing eye

I feel great, light & impressed at my own ability to not let a thing pass my lips ( toothpaste never tasted so great!). My meditations were deep & clear as the week went by.  It was amazing to feel the stillness within which helped with the meditations. On one occasion I saw the All Seeing Eye. This is powerful & happens to meditators. Its been recorded throughout the ages & is even on the dollar bill. The eye just gazed at me ( in appreciation I hope), & the words “ Take control into your own hands” were said to me.  So, I feel blessed to be gazed at by God!

Breaking the fast

Oh the bliss of being in Waitrose to stock up on fruit & veg for the week, as its a gentle journey into eating again. The juicer is out the cupboard & parsnip & apple soup already bubbling away. Theres no getting away from it, I love my food, I love the planet, Mother Earth & all that she provides & now have a great appreciation & be more conscious of everything I eat from now eat. Bring on the raw organic chocolate truffles

You made me laugh! That’s so true about the raw organic chocolate truffles!
I enjoyed one today for the first time (after going more raw and alkaline).
So, it wasn’t alkaline – but it was heaven!!
