My birthday Angel
My favourite thing to do on my birthday is to wake up after a download of heavenly material & look at the “cloud appreciation society” website. I thought it elegant that I was given the word SICILY, then, when drawn to a particular cloud formation discovered it was taken in Sicily over Mount Etna. I am obviously being drawn there for something special.

Happy Xmas “The bird is the word”
In Brighton, my home town, anything goes, everything is possible. We might not have the empire state building or the leaning tower of pizza, but we do pride ourselves on not taking ourselves too seriously. Here is Brightons own Xmas no 1 as voted by 210,000 people so far.. Go Mat Go!!!!
Free Range Chix

Eleven years ago I went travelling with a camera to India, Nepal & Tibet with another woman & Free Range Chick, Georgia Griffiths. We were following our intuition, signposts & messages from spirit to make a documentary as never made before. And, by jove, we did it, meeting the Dalai Lama after taking him a Dyson Vacuum cleaner, heading to Sai Babas Ashram, where I became sick as a dog cranking 3rd eye cranked open, doing comedy sketches in the holy town of Varanasi until we had to escape when we discovered the police we after us, all in true wonderwoman style.

How exciting! I have been nominated for Blog Mastery Award… its a kind of Badge of honour for all the hard work & of course brilliant content! Tony king, http://tonisuggests.com/eft/ nominated me as one of her top ten blogs. She is also on the path of abundance, prosperity & empowerment. We met on line on our initial blogging course which was broadcasted from Australia by Jodie Thompson. I have fond memories of sitting in front of my computer at 10am with a dumb look on my face eating egg on toast chatting away to a bunch of ozzies about the weather whilst learning the technical data so foreign to me. I seemed to always be the naughty one in the blog class, & the best bit was I could not be told to stand outside the class like school days! Setting up a blog from scratch seemed like an impossible task, like swimming the Atlantic, but I got there in the end as you can see.

Contemporary Temple
Barcelona
On a recent visit to Barcelona I discovered the church of the “Sagrada Familiar” or Sacred Family, Gaudis famous landmark. I had no idea that I would be confronted with an Ascended Master Temple based on sacred mathematics. It will be able to house 10,000 people in 20 years time when finished to be in devotion to the Christ energy. I wholeheartedly recommend a visit if you head to Barcelona as the space is awesome, despite the 300 builders still working on it. The ceiling is a conglomeration of ‘stars’, the pillars holding up the roof resemble tree with branches; its like walking into a petrified forest! The highest pillars inside measuring 22.2 meters, the shortest measuring 11.1 meters (angelic numbers) & Gaudi has paid attention to every detail of light & space & texture building a macrocosmic place of Angelic worship.

Hitler finally Ascended?
This picture is pressing buttons today in Italy where it has appeared as an advert for clothing. Although his moustache is a dead give away, you have to admit he looks like an Ascended Master from Venus! Button pressing it maybe, but a sprinkling of humour can heal the deepest wounds!

We just went through cosmic gateway
Phew, that was a long sojourn from my blog. Apologies to those who have been in contact & well done for being patient. Its been an interesting time for me, sifting & sieving within myself to find my highest truth, looking after my Mum who had an operation which took longer care than we imagined & at the same time receiving momentous blasts of cosmic energy.Truth is, every time I sat to write a blog the computer crashed!

I was sent this by Nikki, thanks Nikki. For one who has just fasted & found a new appreciation for our bountiful food I felt this short book reading from Geneen Roth was perfectly apt. I must admit that yes, my will power was extraordinary & I proved to myself that I do have one ( I thought it had walked out long ago ) however, I did slaver over food shows each night. I also dusted off those cookery books that lay untouched on the shelf & made strong affirmations to get more creative with food again & ate those glossy pictures with my eyes.
