On Woman, Food & God!
I was sent this by Nikki, thanks Nikki. For one who has just fasted & found a new appreciation for our bountiful food I felt this short book reading from Geneen Roth was perfectly apt. I must admit that yes, my will power was extraordinary & I proved to myself that I do have one ( I thought it had walked out long ago ) however, I did slaver over food shows each night. I also dusted off those cookery books that lay untouched on the shelf & made strong affirmations to get more creative with food again & ate those glossy pictures with my eyes.

Ah the magic of being present with the knowledge that I had to break the fast today! & what bliss, the OJ this AM tasted like manna from heaven. So I made 7 days without eating & my Goddess what an achievement as I watched friends tuck into hot buttered scones, jam & cream & other goodies. My willpower was pushed to the max! I admit that I watched 3 cookery programmes almost licking the TV & read recipe books that had been gathering dust on the shelf! It wasnt easy for a foodie like me, but I did it.

Last night I was given the words Amazing Grace followed by 11.11. This 11.11 portal, as I have said before is so important to the divine timing of bridging the old paradigm to the new, & the final 11.11 portal closes on the 31st December 2011 according to Solara who opened the first portal in Egypt along with thousands worldwide (Please read 11.11 by Solara if you are interested).

I thought I would share with you that today is the start of a 10 day cleanse I am embarking on. Spring has sprung after all & its a great feeling to embrace the rising sap energy of nature all around us, harnessing the renewel of the flowers & leaves on the trees.

Blue Pearl
Last night a name came to me in the middle of the night, Swami Muktananda. It was repeated many times. At the same time I saw the most beautiful wave with a rich azure blue crashing to shore. It was Bondi beach & surfers were riding on the wave. A complicated dream then came where I had to find my way home to a tower, I had to remember the way. I took two paths & knew that I did not recognize these routes, one I nearly fell off a cliff before I realized it was not the right path. A photo album of wisdom keepers/Native American Elders fell into my hands & as I turned the pages I could sense the power & love they had within their beings. I finally then found my path. There was an amazing feeling of joy in remembering that this was the way. Everything seemed familiar, the road, the houses, the signs. If you are reading this & feel that you are on the wrong path, keep searching until you feel as sense of familiarity. We each of us left signs for ourselves along the way, we simply need to be AWARE of those signs.
